Once the POS leaderboard activated, UK’s Alfie Adam set the early pace before Gerrits surged ahead at Day 3 and parked. Also in the hunt was Singapore’s Jun Yan Kok, who climbed past Adam on Day 7 and held his position after an impressive run that saw him rack up 9 cashes and 4 trophies.

By Day 8, Yoke Wei Woon also surpassed Adam to move into third position, however, Adam responded on Day 9 with a string of deep runs - including a double victory - to reclaim the third spot, which he held through to the end with 8 cashes and 4 wins.

Like Gerrits, Adam has built an impressive collection of GOP hardware, bringing his career total to 10 trophies.

After several attempts, Australia’s Daniel Neilson finally captured a coveted gauntlet at the GOP High Roller. He faced South Korea’s Miyoung Cho heads-up, where Cho once again came up short. Just yesterday, she narrowly missed the gauntlet in the Main Event with a runner-up finish. Cho was denied again as Neilson closed it out to claim the silver gauntlet and a $14,400 payout.

The Kraken Stack ran over two days with the final 9 out of the 55-entry field returning to the felt with one shared goal — take home the one-of-a-kind Kraken trophy.

Dylan Cechowski came in as the overwhelming chip leader, but by six-handed, Rongjing Cao had navigated to the top. The two then clashed in a monster pot that saw Cechowski double up and reclaim his footing with pocket aces over pocket nines.

Cao eventually bowed out in sixth place and Cechowski looked like he would run away with it until Patrik Selin carved out a substantial chunk of his stack. Wah Yan Chow picked up the rest, to end Cechowski in 4th place. Selin went on to eliminate Kaito Nishio in 3rd place, to widen his lead and face Chow at heads up.

After a series of exchanges, they agreed to an ICM deal, leaving the trophy and an extra $465 for the winner. Within fifteen minutes, Selin got the job done with A ♠️ 10 ♥️ over A ♣️ 6 ♦️ on a board of 10 ♠️ 2 ♠️ 7 ♥️ 3 ♥️ 6 ♠️.

In addition to the trophy, Selin pocketed $10,090 and Chow earned $9,073.
