Protecting Players. Promoting Integrity. Raising the Standard.
The best poker events are built on more than great structures, big guarantees, and unforgettable moments. They are built on trust.
At Gods of Poker (GOP), creating a professional, transparent, and player-first tournament environment has always been central to everything we do. From the exclusive Cronus Structure to our tournament operations, every decision is made with one goal in mind: delivering the best possible experience for every player who takes a seat.
As part of that commitment, GOP is introducing the Fair Play Report, a new initiative that gives players a direct, confidential, and accessible way to raise concerns during every GOP event.
Beginning with GOP Manila 2026, players will find a Fair Play Report QR code displayed on every tournament clock throughout the venue. A simple scan allows concerns to be submitted directly to tournament management within minutes, ensuring important issues can be raised quickly, safely, and discreetly.
Poker tournaments move fast. Situations can develop in the middle of a hand, during a break, or away from the tournament desk.
Rather than expecting players to locate tournament staff immediately, the Fair Play Report creates an additional communication channel that remains available throughout the event.
Players may choose to identify themselves or remain anonymous. They can also upload supporting photos or videos when appropriate, providing management with valuable information to assist in reviewing each submission.
The initiative is designed to make reporting straightforward while helping tournament officials respond more efficiently when concerns arise.
The Fair Play Report covers a broad range of tournament-related concerns, including:
These categories are intended to capture situations that may affect the integrity, fairness, or overall player experience at a GOP event.
While not every report will ultimately reveal a rules violation, every submission provides valuable information that helps tournament management maintain the highest operational standards.
One of the biggest challenges in maintaining tournament integrity is that players may hesitate to report concerns.
Some worry about confrontation. Others fear unwanted attention or simply prefer not to interrupt the tournament.
The Fair Play Report was created to remove those barriers.
Reports can be submitted discreetly from a mobile device, allowing players to communicate directly with management without drawing unnecessary attention.
When contact information is provided, it is used solely if tournament officials require additional information during their review. Otherwise, players may submit concerns anonymously.
By making the reporting process more accessible, GOP hopes to encourage responsible participation in protecting the integrity of the game.
Every submission received through the Fair Play Report is reviewed by tournament management.
Depending on the nature of the report, officials may observe play, review available evidence, speak with dealers, floor staff, or players involved, and determine the appropriate course of action under the GOP Rules.
Not every report will result in disciplinary action, nor should it.
Some concerns may stem from misunderstandings, while others may identify operational improvements rather than rule violations.
The purpose of the initiative is not to encourage accusations, but to ensure that legitimate concerns are heard, evaluated fairly, and handled professionally.
The Fair Play Report reflects a broader philosophy within Gods of Poker.
Integrity should not rely solely on reacting after problems occur. It should be built into the tournament from the very beginning.
By giving players a secure and confidential reporting system, GOP is reinforcing its commitment to accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across every aspect of tournament operations.
Whether the issue involves suspected collusion, dealer performance, player conduct, administrative concerns, or another matter affecting the event, management wants players to know their feedback is valued and will be taken seriously.
As Gods of Poker continues to grow across Asia, initiatives like the Fair Play Report represent an ongoing commitment to raising the standard for tournament operations and the overall player experience.
Because at Gods of Poker, fair play isn't simply part of the rules.
It's part of who we are.
